AM Program Late Arrival Policy

When students participating in the AM Youth Enrichment Program need to arrive late, parents/guardians need to complete the “Late Arrival Form.”  This form needs to be completed prior to the student arriving late and not given the following day. For example, if a student needs to arrive late on all Tuesdays, the form may be filled out for all the specific dates in advance.  Only parent/guardians will be allowed to fill out a “Late Arrival Form.”

Please be aware that there are many students on the waiting list who would like to attend the program. Since funding is accumulated by daily attendance, it is YEP's policy that absences and late arrivals be kept to a minimum.  After five absences and/or late arrivals, your student will be dropped from the program.

***The late arrival policy is subject to change by the administration based on program needs.***
